Flames of Lunch, Week 1

Colonel Nigel Sideburns wants McGregor to cease playing the bagpipes post haste! (My 25pdr Staff Team model, with bagpiper on the British HQ terrain piece)

More after the break...

I've decided to make my hour lunch at my gov't job useful, and paint. This week I worked on this Rifle Platoon for my Desert Rats. Just the 4 stands plus PIAT and command. I will finish the extra section to each platoon in between projects, as I detest doing large batches of infantry.

I need to add the maps to the tables.. I love all the radiomen on this model. The bricks turned out real well.

Unexpectedly, I had to stay at work very late Friday night, missing out on the Gaming, but I was able to get 4 hours of painting done at work, so I got roughly 80% of 'A' Troop done for my 25pdr battery. Finished them off this morning before my other work.

Just 4 more guns and observer/command and the second Gun Troop will be finished.

Plan for Week 2? Armor..

  1. Looking good but more importantly it will be nice to face some painted models! What colour do you use for the Brit uniforms?

A "small" diversion...

BATTLTECH! This was my first miniature game. As I mentioned in my last post, Battletech holds a dear place in my hobby heart. I remember do...
